Location is fantastic for riverwalk access and nearby attractions. The room was dated and needed maintenance. Staff was friendly. Bicycle rentals available for exploring the area. Shower pressure was inconsistent and caused some issues. decent stay.

I had an absolute blast! The poolside bar had the best atmosphere with big screens and Tyronne crafting delicious drinks. Jonathan and Zari went above and beyond to make my stay smooth and so enjoyable!

You can enjoy stunning views right on the Riverwalk with easy access to a variety of restaurants bars and attractions just a short walk away like the Henry B Plant Museum that’s about 700 meters away and the Glazer Children's Museum only 500 meters down the way so you can truly soak in the city's vibe while sipping your morning coffee on your private balcony watching dolphins and manatees swim by which made my stay truly blissful and the staff were friendly and provided a comfortable atmosphere but the décor and maintenance of the rooms could definitely use some updates.

Location near the convention center is a plus. accessibility to supermarkets and attractions is lacking. Expect to rely heavily on transportation. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, but cleanliness is an issue—dirty furniture and unpleasant smells are not acceptable. While the staff was friendly at times, some were quite rude. Dining options are nearby, but the on-site restaurant struggles with staffing. The pool area is lively, yet the bar's early closing is disappointing. unexpected charges for parking leave a sour taste. It has potential, but considerable improvements are necessary.

The bed was comfortable, providing good support for a restful night. the room had cleanliness issues; there were dirty socks on the floor and hair in the bathroom, which was disappointing. Air conditioning worked well, keeping the temperature cool despite the summer heat. Noise from the street was noticeable at times, affecting sleep quality. The decor felt dated, but overall it appeared clean at first glance. Staff responsiveness varied, as I had to address the cleanliness concerns multiple times. The shower had good water pressure, but there was a lack of hot water on one occasion.

My recent stay at the Riverwalk was a mixed bag of experiences. I must say, the hotel's scent upon entering was quite pleasant, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location right on the Riverwalk was convenient for exploring nearby restaurants and bars. there were several issues that disappointed me. The room had a musty smell that lingered throughout our stay, making it quite unpleasant. The bathroom was dirty and emitted a terrible odor, which was very off-putting. The air conditioning unit in the room was not functioning properly, and the windows were noticeably dirty, obstructing any view we might have had. the valet parking service was overpriced, especially considering the availability of a nearby parking garage just steps away. I also found it inconvenient that there was no counter space near the sink and mirror in the bathroom, making it challenging to carry out basic tasks like brushing teeth or applying makeup. while the Riverwalk's location was a highlight for its easy access to amenities, the issues with cleanliness, air quality, and amenities like parking and bathroom facilities left much to be desired.

I ended up in a double street view room instead of the river view I wanted, which felt misleading. The room itself was tired, with visible wear and a musty smell; cleanliness was a concern as well. Minor requests were often overlooked. The lobby and restaurant had their charm, but they could use some updates. With better management, this place could shine much brighter.

Exploring the vibrant Latin Quarter in Ybor City was an unforgettable experience for my family. The variety of entertainment venues and the lively atmosphere truly captured the essence of Tampa's rich culture. a visit to the Florida State Fairgrounds provided endless fun for both kids and adults alike, making it a must-visit attraction in the area.
My wife says that having more interactive children's activities at the hotel would have enhanced our family stay.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the riverwalk and downtown Tampa. The view from the room was stunning, especially during Christmas time with all the decorations. Additionally, the valet service and the bartender were friendly and provided great service.
The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The room walls were dirty, and the overall cleanliness was lacking.

After checking in, I was shocked to find my suite was unbearably hot—over 80 degrees! The AC was totally frozen and took hours to cool down, making it impossible to sleep. Such a frustrating start to our trip!

My friends and I had a blast exploring the vibrant Ybor City district, partying like there was no tomorrow! The Florida State Fairgrounds was a wild ride, just like our unforgettable stay.
Wish the hotel had a livelier nightlife scene for us party animals to keep the fun going late into the night! .

The breakfast was delicious with a buffet option and Starbucks coffee. The location by the river was beautiful, perfect for a romantic breakfast.
The room temperature was hard to control, and the outdated style was a letdown. The noise from the fan and outside sounds affected our sleep.

Loved the fresh seafood dishes and the view on the river. Enjoyed the modern exercise equipment. The Club Level Lounge was a nice touch.
I had the pleasure of admiring patched walls and dirty windows while waiting for my car.
